Action needed before this works: connect a payment processor. Create a payment link with your provider (Stripe, Square, your premium-finance company, or your AMS) and paste its URL into the button in payment.html. I can’t set up the merchant account or enter banking/card credentials for you — that has to be done by you directly with the provider.

Once your provider is connected, this page can accept cards and bank transfers (ACH) depending on what you enable with them.
